Podcast Post-Production Editor Needed — Long-Form YouTube Episodes + Optional Short-Form Clips

We’re looking for a reliable video editor to support post-production for a new video-first podcast/interview series.

Each episode will be around 30–45 minutes and filmed in person. We’re looking for someone who can edit the full episode for YouTube and potentially also create short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Deliverables for the full podcast episode:

Full edit for a 30–45 minute YouTube episode

Cleaned audio

Audio-only export for Spotify/Apple Podcasts

Captions/subtitles

Final files delivered in the correct formats

Raw/project files shared via Frame.io or similar

Ideally 2–3 day turnaround

Episode thumbnail/cover image if possible, though we can also handle this ourselves

Optional short-form clips package:

10–15 vertical clips per episode

Captions/subtitles on each clip

Simple hook/title text on screen

Formatted for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Cover frame/thumbnail for each clip if possible, though we can also handle this ourselves
