Public Relations & Communications Coordinator
Children's Hospital Colorado is a healthcare organization dedicated to providing quality care for children. They are seeking a Public Relations & Communications Coordinator to support communications and media initiatives, assist with content production, and manage project coordination tasks to enhance brand visibility and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Assists in drafting and editing PR and external communications materials
- Coordinates logistics for media interviews, events, and press opportunities
- Assists with administrative tasks, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and file management
- Monitors news coverage, maintains media lists, and tracks campaign performance
- Supports the day-to-day management of project timelines, assets, and approvals
- Collaborates with team members to ensure brand consistency in all public-facing content
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English or a related field
- None required. Some work/intern experience preferred
- Four (4) years of experience, beyond stated requirements, may substitute for the Bachelor's degree
