They are seeking a motivated and people-focused Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for various positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, and post-offer employment checks
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
  • Create and post compelling job advertisements that reflect role requirements and the employer brand
  • Screen resumes and conducts phone or virtual interviews
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience
  • Provide ongoing communication and updates for hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Research, develop, and implement pre-hire assessments as needed
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATD) to manage candidates and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws and company policies

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Ability to shift priorities and stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Collaborative, adaptable mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based recruiting tools
  • 0-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting in a mechanical or technical environment is a plus
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system preferred
