[Remote] Administrative & Project Support Opportunity
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Binus University is seeking an Administrative and Project Support Specialist to support U.S.-based operations. This fully remote role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while coordinating tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings for multiple teams across projects including virtual meetings and deadlines
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal teams and external clients
- Track project deliverables, maintain timelines, and update status reports
- Support internal communications including drafting emails, memos, and announcements
- Maintain accurate records in digital filing systems and project management tools
- Assist in onboarding new team members and orienting them with processes and systems
- Identify areas where workflow can be improved and propose solutions
Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or back-office support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Comfortable using standard office software such as MS Office and Google Workspace, as well as project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team
