[Remote] BME 1477H1 W- Biomedical Engineering Project Design & Execution
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The University of Toronto - Woodsworth College is offering a course in Biomedical Engineering Project Design & Execution. The role involves providing feedback on student proposals and adapting communication instruction activities.
Responsibilities
- Hours will focus on providing feedback, during a meeting and in writing, on a 1-2 page written proposal; proposals arrive on Feb 11th, and will need to be commented on by March 7th. Meetings will be scheduled with students by instructors
- Must have the ability to adapt to different communication instruction activities and move online
Skills
- At least a Master's degree in an appropriate discipline (such as, but not limited to, Communication, English, Engineering, Education, Technology Studies)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to teaching communication
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- PhD in an appropriate discipline
- Familiarity with graduate-level engineering communication practices
- Familiarity with NSERC and/or CHIR grant writing
