About the Role
As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll connect with clients virtually, educate them on available benefit options, and provide outstanding service throughout the process. Connect with Clients Virtually
Meet with clients through Zoom and other online platforms to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Educate & Guide Families
Develop expertise in supplemental benefits and financial protection solutions to help clients make informed decisions.
Build Lasting Relationships

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
Present benefit programs and coverage options clearly and accurately
Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development programs
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
