[Remote] Remote Personal Lines Account Manager

Branco Insurance Group is a client-focused insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service. They are currently seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a book of personal insurance accounts, focusing on building client relationships and ensuring high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service needs for personal lines accounts
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Handle renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews as needed
- Review policies and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Issue certificates, ID cards, and proof of insurance
- Communicate with clients regarding coverage options, billing, and policy questions
- Work with carriers to resolve underwriting or service issues
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
- Identify cross-sell and coverage improvement opportunities and communicate them to producers or sales staff
Skills
- 1–3+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience (agency or carrier)
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of personal lines coverages (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, etc.)
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with agency management systems and carrier platforms
