[Remote] Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to focus on booking qualified appointments through cold calling and warm follow-ups, leveraging a modern outbound engine to generate engagement signals.
Responsibilities
- Make daily cold calls to targeted business decision-makers
- Call and follow up with prospects who have shown intent (clicks, replies, website visits etc.)
- Handle objections confidently and move conversations toward booked meetings
- Qualify prospects for basic fit (company size, need, urgency)
- Book qualified appointments directly on the sales calendar
- Log activity and outcomes accurately in CRM
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to improve conversion rates
- This position is not responsible for list building, manual prospect research, or mass email sends
Skills
- Proven cold calling experience
- Cold Calling Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
- Prior cold calling experience is required
- Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and senior decision-makers
- Able to handle rejection professionally and maintain momentum
- Understands that calling is about conversation quality, not just dialing volume
- 1–3+ years experience as an SDR / BDR
- Confident, clear phone presence
- Strong written communication (email + LinkedIn)
- Organized, responsive, and metrics-driven
