Perrill is a full-service digital marketing agency helping B2B and eCommerce companies drive meaningful growth through strategy, execution, and transparency. They are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support new business efforts and work directly with the President on sales operations, preparation, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists to support outbound and inbound sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot
  • Prepare the sales lead for meetings by organizing notes, research, agendas, and background information
  • Document meeting notes, outcomes, next steps, and follow-ups
  • Create and assemble sales proposals and supporting materials
  • Send timely and professional follow-up communications to prospects
  • Implement and manage basic HubSpot automations as needed
  • Run sales and pipeline reports to support forecasting and decision-making
  • Run basic SEO and AI visibility reports for prospects
  • Shadow sales calls and meetings to gain deeper understanding of our sales process
  • Provide general sales administration and coordination support as needed

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, communications, or related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in HubSpot or similar CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without constant oversight
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Professional, reliable, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
