Sales Development Representative (Chicago)
LogicGate is a global leader in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, and they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage prospective customers and drive growth. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and connecting high-potential prospects with Account Executives while gaining exposure to modern sales fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect into target accounts using a multichannel approach (cold calling, email, social, and networking)
- Research and map accounts to identify key stakeholders, business needs, and buying signals
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account data in our CRM to support forecasting and reporting
- Develop a strong understanding of Risk Cloud, the GRC market, and our competitive landscape through continuous learning and collaboration with Marketing and Sales
- Contribute to improving outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes as we scale
