About the Role

Spectra Healthcare Management is seeking high-performing Health Advisors to join our client expanding sales organization.

This is a consultative, high-ticket closing role designed for experienced sales professionals who excel in building trust, navigating emotionally sensitive conversations, and guiding clients through meaningful, life-changing decisions.

Health Advisors engage with warm, pre-qualified leads who are actively seeking support for complex health challenges. Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to establish genuine rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations with qualified warm leads via Zoom

Build trust through a relational, consultative, and client-first approach

Assess client needs, goals, and readiness to determine program suitability

Guide prospects through high-value purchasing decisions with clarity and confidence

Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and follow-up activity

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a premium client experience

Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance development

Who We’re Looking For

Proven success in high-ticket B2C consultative sales

Strong emotional intelligence and advanced objection-handling skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Confident engaging with diverse client personalities in high-stakes conversations

Technically proficient with Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM systems

Highly organized with strong pipeline and time management skills

Team-oriented with a strong growth mindset and accountability

Background or interest in health, wellness, or transformational services is a plus

Compensation

This role is designed for top-performing sales professionals seeking significant earning potential.

Base salary plus uncapped commission structure

Earnings are performance-driven with no cap on income potential

Training & Development

We provide a structured onboarding and training program to ensure success:

Up to 7 weeks of comprehensive onboarding

Week 1: Product knowledge assessment

Week 2: Mock consultation role-play sessions

Ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance development

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in high-ticket sales or completion of a structured high-ticket sales training program

At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales

Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment

Strong technical proficiency and problem-solving ability

Commitment to a structured schedule and high-performance expectations
