We’re seeking a Senior Business Immigration Paralegal to manage high-volume labor certification cases within a fully remote environment. The Senior Business Immigration Paralegal will responsible for managing volume while prioritizing, handling more complex cases and identifying potential issues.  

What you’ll do:

Manage high-volume (NIV, PERM and IV) Business Immigration cases end-to-end

Ensure effective document intake: i.e., review documents for validity and sufficiently analyze immigration status based on documents provided.

Be accountable for the heavy drafting and reviewing of immigration forms and letters based on the analysis of case details, documents, and individual qualifications, as per strict deadlines for a range of NIV, PERM and IV applications (end to end) 

Flag any potential/foreseeable case-related issues with Attorney and/or Senior Case Manager, in a timely manner

Track case progress within Envoy Global Platform

Flag any ideas for process improvement to the appropriate Attorney/Case Manager.

Handle client/foreign national communications regarding case processing and status for key accounts/clients, while providing excellent client service.

Swiftly draft responses to requests for information from government agencies.

Respond to client communication requests – either via client company representatives or directly with the foreign national.

 

What you bring:

5–6+ years of experience working as an Immigration Paralegal drafting employment-based petitions  

Experience with drafting petitions for a range of NIV cases: H1B, L, TN, O-1 etc. and/or experience with drafting green card processes (I-140 and AOS), and end-to-end PERM applications preferred 

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

A genuine interest in US immigration, with a desire to treat clients & foreign nationals with respect and an empathetic approach 

Experience handling large caseloads independently

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office and case management systems

Experience in communicating directly with (HR staff) and/or foreign nationals regarding case requirements, including work on key accounts/clients

Annual Salary Range $75,000 – $85,000
