The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst – Enterprise & Consolidated FP&A will play a key role in building and scaling ABC’s global FP&A capabilities. This role supports the consolidation of financial results, enterprise-level analytics, and the development of consistent planning and reporting processes across the global FP&A organization.

This position partners closely with FP&A leaders, Accounting, and cross-functional teams to deliver clear, accurate, and actionable financial insights to senior leadership and the Board. In addition, this role will help modernize FP&A processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions, enabling the finance organization to scale efficiently as the business grows.

This is an ideal opportunity for an analyst who enjoys structure, storytelling through data, and building repeatable processes in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment. Based in Brazil, this role supports U.S. finance leadership with exposure to Europe, working across time zones in a global, English-speaking environment.

What You’ll Do

Support consolidated global financial reporting and analysis, including income statement, key KPIs, and performance trends

Develop and maintain enterprise-level FP&A processes that are deployed consistently across global FP&A teams

Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals, forecasts, and management reporting

Prepare executive- and Board-level reporting, including variance analysis, trends, and key drivers

Help translate complex financial and operational data into clear narratives and actionable insights

Support company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes from a consolidated view

Drive process automation and scalability, including improving data flows, reducing manual work, and introducing AI-enabled analytics

Partner with Data and Systems teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and system integration

Support ad hoc analyses related to strategic initiatives, performance improvement, and PE reporting needs

What You’ll Need:

3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles

Experience with consolidated financials and enterprise-level reporting preferred

Strong understanding of financial statements and key SaaS metrics

Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) a plus

Interest or experience in process automation, analytics modernization, or AI applications

Ability to synthesize data and tell a clear story to senior stakeholders

Strong attention to detail paired with big-picture thinking

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, private equity–backed environment

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
