The Opportunity

The Senior Project Manager leads the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across Technology and Corporate Services. This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring clear scope definition, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful business outcomes. 

The position works closely with business and functional leaders to deliver high-impact initiatives, manage risks, and ensure consistent, high-quality project execution across the organization. The Senior Project Manager also serves as a mentor and internal advisor, elevating project delivery standards and building team capability across the organization. 

 

What You’ll Do

Program & Project Execution 

Directly manages high-impact projects and serves as a program leader across multiple related initiatives 

Develops and maintains detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones 

Delivers projects on time, within business outcome-aligned scope, and within budget  

Identifies risks and dependencies early and drives mitigation strategies 

Tracks and manages scope, schedule, and risks using structured tools and processes 

Manages project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans ensuring alignment with approved budgets, identifying variances, and driving corrective actions 

Coordinates internal and external resources to support successful delivery and holds team members accountable for deliverables and timelines. 

Supports the project intake and prioritization process by providing cost and resource estimates, dependencies, delivery considerations, and project ROI estimates 

Provides clear and accurate project-level reporting to support portfolio decision-making 

Ensures assigned projects are aligned with defined priorities and available capacity  

 

Governance & Standards 

Recommends and drives the evolution of project management standards, tools, templates, and reporting frameworks 

Defines and enforces governance processes to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability, including leading the Project Office processes. 

Escalates risks and issues with clear recommendations and defined trade-offs  

 

Change Management 

In partnership with the business, leads change-management strategy and execution for complex initiatives 

Drives adoption through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and training coordination 

Supports leaders in navigating organizational change and aligning teams 

 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

Leads initiatives requiring coordination across business units, functions, and geographies 

Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive progress 

Communicates status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively 

Escalate issues with recommended solutions when needed 

Demonstrates sound judgment and political acumen to influence outcomes without direct authority 

 

Operational & Strategic Initiatives 

Manages execution of integration for acquisitions or major organizational changes across technology and business functions. 

Leads large-scale initiatives such as multi-office expansions, relocations, or operational transformations 

Drives continuous improvement in business processes, workflows, and organizational effectiveness 

 

Team Development & Capability Building 

Mentors and develops less experienced project managers and team members 

Builds project management capability through coaching, tools, and best practices 

Advances process maturity and establishes repeatable, scalable delivery models 

 

Executive Communication 

Develops clear, decision-ready updates for executive stakeholders 

Communicates risks, dependencies, and recommendations with precision and clarity 

Proven business acumen providing stakeholder insights to enable efficient decision-making

What We Expect from You

Required Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology, engineering, or a related field 

10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, including enterprise-level initiatives 

5+ years of experience delivering complex technology projects including infrastructure and business systems delivery  

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional efforts with executive visibility 

Strong business acumen, with experience supporting corporate functions such as operations, strategy, finance, or shared services 

Proven experience in change management and driving organizational adoption 

Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics 

Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing other project managers or team members 

Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification 

Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or integration efforts 

Experience leading large-scale operational initiatives (e.g., multi-office builds, relocations) 

Experience in Corporate Services functions (e.g., legal operations, governance, technology, procurement, or shared services) 

Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies and when to use each

Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights 

Effective conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment skills

Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is  $130,400- $176,500
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
