Smart Buildings Graphics Designer
Siemens is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. They are seeking a Smart Buildings Graphics Designer to build custom graphic packages and define graphical user interfaces for smart buildings, utilizing tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
Responsibilities
- Develop graphic backgrounds for projects deriving from engineering submittals
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to generate commercial building layouts
- Expand your technical understanding of building automation (HVAC/lighting), fire & life safety, and security systems
- Utilize DesigoCC to create graphical interface for building control systems
Skills
- High school diploma, state-recognized GED
- Electro-mechanical experience (either in a previous role or through education) and user PC/software skills, Experience with Microsoft Office
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- Occasional travel will be required for important team gatherings, project kick-offs, strategic discussions, or training
- Technical certification, vocational training, associate degree or bachelor's degree in engineering related fields such as drafting and design
- 6+ months of related work experience
- 6+ months years of experience and working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Mechanical & Electrical schematics, HVAC systems
