As a Travel Customer Experience Associate, you will assist with reservation support, travel coordination, and customer communication while helping ensure each client receives organized and attentive service throughout the planning process.

Key Duties

Support clients with vacation planning assistance and itinerary coordination
Research destination options, accommodations, transportation, and travel packages through company approved platforms
Verify booking information and ensure reservation details are entered correctly
Assist clients by providing information tailored to their travel interests and budget preferences
Respond to inquiries and provide support through phone, email, and messaging systems
Manage booking modifications, scheduling updates, and customer service requests in a timely manner
Keep accurate records, notes, and client documentation organized
Participate in virtual training programs, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
