Responsibilities

Connect with clients to understand travel plans, preferences, and scheduling needs

Assist with coordinating trip components such as accommodations, transportation, and activities

Keep clients informed with timely updates regarding planning progress and confirmations

Review available travel options and share relevant details clearly

Respond to client questions through phone, email, and digital communication platforms

Support updates, adjustments, and follow-up requests as needed

Participate in onboarding and ongoing training programs
