UPS is now hiring Live Chat Customer Support Representatives to work remotely and provide real-time customer service via chat. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while assisting UPS customers with shipping, tracking, and account-related inquiries.

Position: Live Chat Support Representative
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Remote)
Location: Work from Home – U.S. only
Pay: $23–$27/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner

    Assist customers with tracking packages, updating addresses, and delivery issues

    Provide accurate information about UPS services, shipping options, and policies

    Escalate complex concerns to senior support or technical teams

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools

    Follow communication guidelines and company standards





Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent

    Excellent written communication and typing skills (45+ WPM)

    Customer service experience preferred but not required

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment

    Proficiency with chat support tools and customer service software

    Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace





Compensation



  • Hourly Pay: $23–$27/hour

    Overtime and bonus pay available

    Paid training provided

    Weekly or biweekly pay cycles
