Client Service Associate
WDW Financial is a company focused on providing exceptional service to its clients, and they are seeking a Client Service Associate to support their financial advisors. The primary role involves assisting clients with account maintenance, onboarding, and service requests to ensure a smooth and exceptional experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, handling a range of inquiries and service requests related to account maintenance, new account openings, and client profile updates
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating with financial advisors and other team members to ensure a seamless experience
- Proactively communicate with clients, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document client interactions and keep relevant information updated in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accuracy and thoroughness
- Collaborate with other teams to manage client cases from initiation through resolution
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating client records, processing paperwork, and maintaining compliance with firm policies
- Assist with scheduling client reviews and managing client communications across email, phone, and in-person interactions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of experience in client service or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems; Salesforce experience is preferred
- Familiarity with data entry and client relationship management tools, with a high level of accuracy in data handling
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Salesforce experience is preferred
- Experience in financial services is preferred but not required
