Must be available to take calls and provide support between 9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).<br />
This is the most critical requirement for the position.</p>
<p>Summary<br />
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, E-Commerce Manager, and Administrative Assistant.<br />
This dynamic role involves handling customer communications, managing online store operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities<br />
Customer Service<br />
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, and social media with professionalism and empathy.<br />
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on all requests.<br />
Share customer feedback with internal teams to help improve products and services.<br />
E-Commerce Management<br />
Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).<br />
Monitor and coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and issue resolution.<br />
Track key e-commerce performance metrics and assist in improving conversion and customer experience.<br />
Administrative Support<br />
Perform data entry, scheduling, document preparation, and reporting tasks.<br />
Assist with meeting coordination and other clerical duties as needed.<br />
Support management with ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks.</p>
<p>Requirements<br />
Availability from 9 AM – 6 PM EST (mandatory)<br />
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).<br />
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, e-commerce, or administrative roles.<br />
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br />
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<br />
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.).</p>
<p>Preferred Skills<br />
Experience with order management systems or CRM tools.<br />
Familiarity with online marketplaces and digital customer support channels.<br />
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.</p>
