Fitness - Direct Sales Representative
KOMPAN Inc Americas is seeking a Fitness - Direct Sales Representative to champion their outdoor fitness equipment in Austin, Texas. The role involves driving sales, building relationships, and promoting KOMPAN's innovative products to enhance community wellness.
Responsibilities
- Sell and promote KOMPAN outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality
- Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales
- Leverage the CRM by targeting market segments (e.g., higher education, schools, multi-family & housing, emergency services, leisure, contractors, and developers, specification – architects, landscape architects & engineers)
- Create product awareness and demand by articulating the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment through presentations and industry events
- Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the assistance of our highly supportive, multi-disciplinary, and centralized resource teams
- Ensure quality communication with your customers throughout the sales process, from the design phase through installation and post-sale
Skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities
- High degree of integrity and professionalism
- College degree preferred
- Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system is preferred
