<p>Qualifications and Experience:</p>
<p>Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.<br />
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br />
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.<br />
Organizational skills and attention to detail.<br />
Experience with recruitment software and tools.<br />
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.</p>
