Product Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Product Analyst to support a UK-based employer in analysing product performance and translating data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support the analysis of product usage data, user behaviour, and KPIs
Handle data requests, dashboard maintenance, and ad hoc reporting tasks
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
Maintain accurate records of product metrics, experiment results, and analytical outputs
Use relevant tools such as SQL, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and data visualisation platforms
Support the wider team with product roadmap prioritisation and A/B testing analysis
Identify opportunities to improve product features, user journeys, and conversion rates
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in product analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple analytical projects simultaneously
Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker
Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
Salary: R32,000/month | 100% Remote
