Program Coordinator-HR Talent Development & Learning-Mount Sinai Health System-Hybrid-Full Time-Days
Mount Sinai Health System is one of the largest academic medical systems in the New York metro area, and they are seeking a Program Coordinator for HR Talent Development & Learning. The role involves overseeing operational aspects of the program, including staff development, program development, and serving as a liaison for grants and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Recruits, trains and supervises staff, delegating assignments, supervisory duties and addressing areas of concern, developing areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback
- Develops education component of program by ensuring appropriate planning, implementation and evaluation of training, recruitment, curriculum development, outreach, workshops, material development and special projects
- Coordinates recruitment, training, monitoring, guidance and evaluation
- Oversees grant-related issues including budget, reporting of statistics, and meeting with funders
- Oversees administrative duties including employee schedules, employee timesheets, ordering of materials, distribution of check requests, and tracking expenditures
- Establishes and maintains linkages with community agencies as applicable
Skills
- Bachelors Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the degree when the experiences are closely related to the duties of the job
- 1-2 years administrative experience preferred
