[Remote] Patient Access Clinical Outreach Specialist

They are seeking a Patient Access Clinical Outreach Specialist to manage candidate pipelines, engage patients, and support them throughout their Intracept journey.
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of candidates through daily outbound calls to engage, educate, and support patients on their Intracept journey
- Update CRM systems by documenting outreach engagement details and outcomes
- Articulate products clearly and concisely over the phone, adapting conversations based on patient needs
- Answer patient questions, handle objections, and provide additional information as needed
- Maintain regular communications with the department team to stay updated on market developments
Skills
- Experience in a patient-facing clinical role; pain management or spine preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus
- Associate's degree or certification/licensure in a healthcare-related field
- Clinical experience in pain management or surgical spine settings preferred
