Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation planning, travel arrangements, and reservation coordination
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, cruises, and travel packages using approved company tools
Review booking information and travel documents to help ensure accuracy and completeness
Share travel-related information and recommendations based on client needs and preferences
Provide responsive assistance through phone, email, and digital communication channels
Support clients with reservation updates, itinerary modifications, and travel-related inquiries
Track and maintain client records, confirmations, and booking documentation
Stay informed on supplier offerings, destination updates, and company resources through ongoing training
