They are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to potential customers
  • Research and identify new sales opportunities within assigned territories
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team
  • Guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial contact to close
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Skills

  • 1-3 years of proven inside sales experience or related customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
